Create a Company Table in Clay populated with target health systems (e.g., Mayo Clinic, UPMC, Kaiser Permanente, Ascension). Include company domain and any known firmographic data. This serves as the anchor dataset for person-level lookups.

Run Clay's native 'Find People' enrichment using filters like job title keywords (CEO, COO, VP Talent Acquisition, President) and company domain. This populates 2,915 rows of contacts with First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Location, and LinkedIn Profile URL automatically.

Apply a second email-finding step for contacts still missing emails

A dedicated 'Find Work Email (2)' column runs an additional enrichment pass for any contacts where the waterfall did not return a valid email on the first attempt. This two-pass approach is visible in the table schema and ensures near-complete email coverage.

Merge waterfall and direct email results into a single 'Combined Email & Waterfall' column

A formula or Clay logic column merges the best available email from all enrichment passes into one clean 'Combined Email & Waterfall' field. This gives downstream tools (CRM, sequencer) a single reliable email field per contact without manual deduplication.
